Drama Queens

Thank you, no more drama queens in my life needed.  I've downsized and the positions no longer exist.

And this is not to be confused with those I know (and there seem quite a few at the moment unfortunately) who have real drama in their lives.  My experience with such folk has been that they deal quietly and effectively with their drama.  Go forth, people, and deal with your drama as you have done so well in the past.  You have my best wishes.

No, I'm ranting about the genuine article drama queens here.  Those that get a hangnail and scream 'woe is me!' at top volume.  Those that see every minor wrinkle in the smooth flow of their lives as a crisis of biblical proportions.  Those that manufacture situations that can only result in a cornucopia of drama.  Get a grip, girls!

And for those who elect to live their lives by bouncing from one faux drama moment to the next, what the heck's wrong with you?  Do you think that I'll find you somehow fascinating because you've invented the drama diet?  Didn't you see the 'drama free zone' signs I've posted?

Phew.  I feel better now.  Thank you for listening.

Hope I haven't tested the drama-free boundaries:)

Rick .. This is off-topic:) I came across a number for you that's programmed into my cell phone. When I got a new phone about a year ago, I transferred that number. Did you by chance keep your number from SF when you loved South? I was thinking how nice it would be to talk to you, but thought I'd ask first.

HUGS!

Hi there Neil! Nope, actually I changed my cell number (the one you have on your phone) just a couple of months ago to a local San Diego exchange. For obvious reasons, I'm reluctant to post my number on here but can Email it to you. Is the Email address in your user profile alive?

Your blog made me go look at the blog for the biggest drama queen out there to find that there was drama posted today. I was happy to find it on my first guess.

Gosh, no one could see that coming.

Drama queens on LJ? No, say it ain't so!

Of course, cynic that I am, I realized that my own post was drama-filled. If you can't beat em...

LJ+Gay=Drama

I wish the drama queens would be more honest in their posts and simply say:

"I LOVE ME! I LOVE ME! I LOVE ME!"

;)
