An Employment Question

There's a moderate chance that I'm going to be having some workplace issues.  In preparation for this, I'm seeking some professional advice.  Specifically, I'm trying to educate myself concerning the definition of a "hostile work environment" and the process and procedures involved in filing a claim.  Anybody know of an individual that is qualified in this area?
