otterpop58's recent post about the Kinsey Sicks performance got me to thinking about Varla Jean Merman.  Varla, who claims to be the bastard child of Ethel Merman and Ernest Borgnine, does a wonderful, if somewhat bizarre one, um, woman, act.  Lots of shtick, her Yodeling Weiner (which I haven't yet found on CD or on line) is loaded with double meanings as one can well imagine.

Turns out Varla will be performing on April 1st here in San Diego.  Will I buy tickets?  Yes!  Very strongly recommended if Varla comes to your town.

I just saw Varla Jean do her show Anatomically Incorrect in Puerto Vallarta last week. I was breathless with laughter through most of it!
