One day...

I'm going to learn how to engage in smalltalk.

I'll learn how to give a 'come hither' glance.

I'll not be the dullest human on the planet.

Flakes won't be magnetically attracted to me.

I won't feel like I'm such an outsider (I'm not but...).

I'll have something truly interesting to say.

My 'mandar' will recognize when someone's interested.  Or not.

..."Pity", party of one, you're table's ready!

Party of One ... The Table is Taken

It comes across loud and clear how you are feeling today, so I am sending extra special virtual hugs. However, I've spent some quality time in your presence and I don't recognize you in these statements. I felt really great when I was visiting with you. I think you're a warm, kind, smart and loving man. Anyone with common sense and standards knows what it feels like to be on the outside looking in ... usually, the inside isn't that great ... and the outside perspective is more valuable. Take care of yourself, my friend ...

Now...

Smalltalk is over-rated. Rick-talk is much more interesting.

"Come Hither" glances can easily be mistaken for gas.

If you hung around dull people more often you'd realize that you're not like them in the slightest.

Flakes are always attracted to stable-mabel types. It's some sorta law of nature.

Using the label "Outsider" self-referentially automatically means the opposite is true.

Interesting conversations take at least two interesting people. If it's not happening, blame the other person.

The problem with 'Mandar' is that we rarely operate it on the same frequencies as the target of our affection. And as soon as we think our frequencies might match up there's always more static to fuck up the 'Mandar' communication again. ARGH!

Honey... I'd give you a virtual hug, but instead I'll just remind you that you're normal.

Normal is a very good thing in a world with a lot of fucked up, abnormal people.

If I had the time, I'd create a picture with a kitten hanging from a tree branch and I'd put the caption "Hang in the Baby" and email it to you... What? It's already been done? God dammmit... :(

:)
